Why this format works on the water
The boat offers a defined, calm space where you can settle in properly. Cluster tables encourage conversation, and the nighttime view of Paris provides a backdrop without imposing anything.
Arrange the space
- Tables arranged in clusters of four to six people
- Soft but sufficient lighting to read cards and rules
- A welcome corner to explain the games to newcomers
Choose games to suit the audience
For a group of friends, favour party and bluffing games. For a family evening, opt for short, cooperative games. In a corporate setting, team games work as a discreet icebreaker.
Complement with a catering package
A light buffet or a platter of finger food goes well with this format: you play, you nibble, you carry on. Choose dishes that are easy to eat one-handed.
